Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, unstitched, and in original packaging
- Embroidery patches and accessories must be intact
How to Return:
- Contact our support team via email or phone
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Ship the product back within 7 days
Refunds:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Exchanges:
- Available within the 7-day window for the same product or store credit
- Custom stitching orders are non-returnable
